Retail Training Manager
Job Description

Service excellence ambassador, responsible for inspiring and training retail associates in the field, to consistently meet expectations and bring to life the ALIST service philosophy.

Responsibilities

- Face-to-face in-store delivery of sales associate retail training program.
- To deliver exemplary customer service through role modeling and setting service standards through the team.
- Train and oversee performance of in-store training.
- With Retail manager, assess / spot-check and coach on service excellence and in-store delivery of brand, product and service experiences.
- In partnership with the Retail manager and Head of Marketing Department, observe talent and feedback on people development opportunities.
- Using knowledge of business metrics and in partnership with the Retail manager, identify training needs and create agile training in line with development process (as required).
- Feedback on training programs and service initiatives to the corporate training and education team.
- Proactively gain and share knowledge of competitor brands (brand, product and services).
- Improve standard of retail operation/ trainer for sales and product knowledge.
- Strict and control standard of retail operation for support sale target.
- To drive store sales through your sales team.

Requirements

- Have experience in delivering sales, service and product training within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven track record of independent working and self-management.
- Personally represents the brand image.
- Motivational and inspiring.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Shows initiative and is self-motivated.
- Microsoft office literate (to a high level).

Requirements

• Female Thai nationality age between 27-32 years old
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 – 3 years experience in retail store management will be a plus
• English proficiency in business level
• Good computer skill about MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Interested in Fashion and eager to learn and grow with the company
• Able to work at shop in the Department Store
• Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
• Advanced computer Skill (Ms-Office, Outlook, Internet)
• Able to train and develop a team with high leadership skill
• Understand of cross-cultural and service minded
• Able to work under pressure and time-constraints
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
• Possesses positive attitude, flexible and trustworthy
• Able to work as team player or independently
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Energetic, self motivated, well-organized, and good discipline
